Thank you for spreading awareness. I have had a very similar experience with them. They don’t reply to your emails. I have been searching for a clinic since a very long time. I had to email them more than once. However, didn’t receive a reply. After waiting for a very long time they finally replied. They reply was monotonous and not helpful. They don provide you with accommodation. The facilities are not provided. You have to do everything yourself. They even say that I can start the egg retrieval process from my hometown which was so strange. I was not impressed by the programs they offered. There were so many things they hadn’t mentioned. I guess we all should be careful.
