Hey thank you for passing down the information. It is extremely upsetting that the clinic is behaving in such a manner. Clinics are supposed to be careful towards their clients. I have heard a lot about another clinic is as well that is doing the same. In fact I recently had my own personal experience with them. I emailed them and didn’t get a response. I had to email them more then thrice to receive an email. Which simply said asked me for what was the infertility I was suffering was. I got so disappointed by this behavior. I had mentioned in all my previous emails about my disorder. This is a very “I don’t care” attitude. I honestly got really hurt. For few weeks I was so discouraged that didn’t feel like messaging any other clinic. However, my family made me realized that you are not supposed to give up. Here I am now trying my best.
