hi, hope so you are good. I am sorry to know about your situation. Lotus has got the worst communication service ever. Behaving in this way they are losing their patients. They are behaving incompetently. This kind of activity is considered unethical. Many people try to contact them and in return, they are not responding. They have to understand the thing that they are not allowed to crush the hopes of the patients. Don’t be depressed, Angelina . I know it is a very stressful situation but handle this calmly.
