Hey there. This is so rude of them. This is excatly what they did to us too. We were so broken because of their such behaviour. I wasn’t expecting this rudness from an infertility clinic. Infertility clinics are the places where people go to find out some solution. These people are already too much stressed. They nedd an expert opinion. They need their help. And in such a stuation, Lotus clinic was so rude. They instead of helping us were so ignorant. I didn’t like their behaviour. Tha’t why we even decided to give up on theses treatments. It was the worst experience. I can never forget that.
