This is terrible. I am so sorry for what you have been through. It is shocking how careless they are. I do not know why they do not respond on time. It would save so mnay this headache. I have read so many negative reviews about L****. These people just do not know how to deal with clients. You should look into other clinics. I know this must be hard. But do not lose hope. There are so many better clinics out there. I really hope you find a good clinic. This is just a bump in the road. It is not the end of the road. Stay strong and positive. Things will work out.
