My husband and i decided to go for surrogacy. we are in the middle of contacting clinics for surrogacy. We heard about Lotus clinic a lot. We are from Japan. We emailed Lotus clinic as we want to know about procedure details. But they didn’t reply us back. At first we thought they didn’t receive our email, so we sent email continuously for days but still no response. We also tried to contact them via phone but they also didn’t pick up the call. We are not expecting pathetic communication service from professionals like Lotus clinic. we decided to look for other clinic with fast communication services. Wish us luck.
