Patience is most important. I think there are many clinics working their best in Ukraine. Japan and UK are also famous for it. they offer some economic packages. These packages are on first come first serve base. So try to reach on your own. I am so sorry for your bad experience. All clinics are not same as all fingers are not same. Make a Try to another clinic. They will not disappoint you.
