Great to see your excitement. As a woman, I must appreciate you. Well my dear, these all methods are good in their own way. They all have pros and cons too. But according to me, Surrogacy is best among all of these because of some reasons. Firstly the baby born through surrogacy will be your own genetic son. There is no risk involved as baby will be born through surrogate mother. It is highly successful too. So my suggestion favors surrogacy. So now it is up to you. Good luck with whatever you chose.
