Hi. I am extremely disappointed in lotus. I have had a similar experience with them. I have been suffering from PCOS for quite a long time. and someone recommended lotus to me. I looked up about it. searched for contact details. wrote emails. but never got any reply. I understand missing on one email. but one cant just ignores so many of them every day. it broke me down. I had gathered so much strength and decided to help myself. but clinics like the just dull our spirits. I hope other women don’t go through such experiences.
