Hello there. I am so sorry for what you went through. I went through the same thing. I was in so much pain. I emailed them too but gave up on them real soon . Cause I realized that they are scammers. But I must say shouldn’t treat their patients like that. I mean this is just ridiculous. They need to work in their administration otherwise they will be responsible for the circumstances. I am looking for another clinic now. I have not lost hope. I just hope i will have a child soon. Take care.
