Hello there. I am so extremely sorry for what you went through. I had a similar experience. In first few emails they sounded very vigilant and dutiful. This trust took me there. Unfortunately, the situation was not as I expected. The staff was not helpful. I had to wait for several days before first check up. It was a complete waste of time.
