Just adding to my previous post. When going with an agency surrogate, the agency usually deals with the legal issues. I mean, you must know how bureaucratic the surrogacy process can be. With a clinic or agency, you can rest assured that you won’t have to deal with any of that. The clinic or agency will take care of the whole paperwork for you. I consider it a great boon to couples.
