It is so unfortunate that we are having inequality when dealing with the LGBTQ community. Till today it seems like they have not yet been accepted in the community. Everyone is supposed to respect others person decision. Just because they are gay it cannot deny them the right. Like any other citizen they also have rights. Right to adopt a child. As far as they follow the rules and regulations. So for the adoption centers that denied this to them. They are being so unfair. What your friends are trying to do is to help. In fact we need people like them theses days. People nowadays tend not to prefer adoption. Just because there are many means one can conceive their own babies. So they tend to live adoption out of mind. Now we have a lot of adoption centers full with no people opting that way. Since your friends are willing toi help. They should be given the chance to do so.

This is an interesting topic of discussion. there have been misunderstanding because of sexuality. I once worked for an adoption center. Then there was this gay couple that wanted to adopt. They were allowed. So they finished all the process and given the child. But however, the news were not what we were expecting. There was somethings they used to do to the kid. This news came back to us. So we had to take back the kid. It is due to this reason that till to date that adoption does not allow gay couple to adopt. I am not saying that all gay couples are the same. People vary. And we have different outlook of life. And not all gay couples are bad. However I feel this is the reason to why. I am not gay neither am I against them. But I am talking from a situation that I experienced. But they can still search. There might be some adoption centers out there that can still allow them. That it seems to me they have such a humanitarian heart. Let there dreams come true at last.

Adoption law provides a means for parents to voluntarily assume the legal rights and responsibilities of a child not born to them. Following an adoption. All legal ties between the child and the birth parents are permanently severed. The new adoptive parents and the child are treated just like a natural family in the eyes of the law. The adoptive parents decide important matters involving medical treatment, education, and religion. As well as ordinary day-to-day issues that arise in the child’s life. Adopted children can inherit from their new parents the same as natural offspring. Some jurisdictions even provide for the issuance of an amended birth certificate displaying the new parents’ names. State statutes govern adoption proceedings, and the substantive and procedural rules vary across the country. Those interested in adoption must also meet age and income requirements. Criminal background checks will be completed, and first-time parents may be asked to attend instructional classes.
