PCOS is a health problem related to the women. Every one out of 10 women is reported to have PCOS in the fertile ages. The term refers to the Polycystic ovarian syndrome. Women facing the PCOS usually fight with the hormonal imbalances. They also fight back the metabolic problems of different kinds. PCOS is one of the most common reasons for infertility. Although it is a complicated problem yet can be treated without any problem. The primary organ affected in this problem is the ovaries. Once suffering from the PCOS, the ovaries stop doing their regular function of making the eggs. Hence during the ovulation process, no egg is released. The first sign of PCOS is the irregular periods. If the problem persists that it can lead to infertility. Usually, the women between the ages of 15 and 44 suffer from PCOS. There is no compulsion race, color or creed. Anyone can have PCOS. As it is due to the hormonal imbalance, therefore the early symptoms include problems like excessive hair growth, acne, weight gain, thinning of hair and the irregular periods. The two major causes of the PCOS is the high levels of the androgens and the insulin.
