Hi there! Hope everything is well. Polycystic ovaries are common in women. These days even more common than ever before. I’m really glad to hear that you are not wasting your time in crying and want to know what to do next. That is what’s required in this race. You should never lose hope. If you don’t mind, I really want to ask you how you lost your weight so quickly? It’s just fantastic, you know. I’ve been struggling to lose my weight but nothing seems to work. I put too many efforts and at the end of the week, when I go to check my weight, I notice that I’ve GAINED one more kg. LOL. Please help! Also, good luck to everyone. Try to understand the positive message that this lady has shared with us. Bless you all!

Hi Christin Rose. I am happy to see your hopefulness. You raised a fascinating point. We should check each possibility. We don’t realize what may cause the barrenness. You are so appropriate about this. It is something that many individuals need to get it. Ladies, mostly, are so anxious to have children. When they discover they cannot conceive normally, much neglect to think objectively. Rationale requests that you attempt to single out the problems at first. Nevertheless, they simply hop specifically to an answer. IUI and IVF are a typical decision. Regularly, however, they are not required. The issue could have effortlessly been settled just with prescription or a way of life change.

In addition to fatigue, weight gain is often a dreaded symptom of low thyroid function. And being overweight can hinder your ability to get pregnant. Having worked with many clients who are overweight due to endocrinal issues. It does not buy the “no willpower” stigma that is placed on people who are overweight. Instead, weight problems for many people as being hormonal in nature. “One major sources of weight gain is low tissue T3 levels that are often associated with leptin resistance. Leptin is a hormone that regulates body weight and metabolism. Correction of low tissue T3 levels can result in dramatic long-term successful weight loss. Time released T3 [medications] are the most effective at restoring tissue T3 levels and are often effective when Armour thyroid, Sythroid, and Levoxyl fail to restore normal tissue levels of thyroid.

This is true dear. Some people tend to assume some things. Which might later be regrettable. In your case I am sorry for that long time trying to conceive. I know of some few friends who have been going through hypothyroidism. If your weight was one of the reasons that it had a great effect on your fertility. Then you should start working out to reduce the extra kilos. As you have said that fortunately you have managed to lose 20 kilos. That is so good of you. IU can understand how hard it is. But since you have managed to throw away the extra kilos. It is time to work on your hormones level. I am certain that the doctor gave you ways in which it will be helpful. All you have to do is do what you are being told. I believe that sooner things will work out.
