I am also looking into surrogacy so I myself contacted many clinics. I got a response from few and others I am still waiting and Lotus is one those clinics. But looking at people’s reviews I think I am never getting a response from the at least. But I am glad because If I had to get on an airplane all the way and get screwed like this I’d be devasted as hell. You are strong, stay that way. I hope I was helpful. don’t give up.

I have seen so many posts against them. Yet, they are not taking any steps to improve their condition. No clarifications or anything. I hope they know what they have done to their reputation. I am sorry for your experience. I also heard this kind of reviews about Adonis before. I am surprised how this clinic is running. How people are still wasting money with them. Anyhow, there are a lot of best clinics in Eastern Europe. You can do research for it. Choose a reliable clinic. And before a visit, email them first. If it will suit you then visit them. I took it upon myself to email them for inquiring about their treatments as well. No reply. I totally get where you’re coming from. This is just disheartening. However, you definitely will find much better clinics. There are a lot of good ones in Ukraine itself actually. You just need a little more research. If you want, I’ll tell you its name? Is it surrogacy your friend’s going for or IVF?
