Infertility is indeed the worst thing that can ever happen to anyone. I went for surrogacy mainly because I wanted to have a baby that was genetically linked to me. However, it is up to your personal choice. Both surrogacy and adoption, in the end, would cost you almost the same. Surrogacy for me has been an amazing process so far. I will in the future also be able to experience everything along with the surrogate mother. So I am really excited about that as well. Good luck to you.
Hey, I hope you are well. I would suggest that you don’t give up. Previously even I was discouraged by my doctors who told me nothing would work out. However, I didn’t let that make me stop. I kept searching until I was able to find myself a good place for my treatment. The clinic I am visiting now has given me soo much of hope. I am looking forward to starting the process with them. From now onwards research properly before taking any step.
Hey Kelly, I hope you are doing well. I think you should research about surrogacy and then convince your husband about it. The thing with surrogacy is that there a lot of misconceptions that it comes with. People think that is illegal and shouldn’t be carried out. However, with time things have massively improved. There are clinics who are now operating legally and are doing a wonderful job. When my husband and I decided to opt for surrogacy we even had few concerns, however, with time things did get cleared up. The clinic we decided to visit it was on the basis of how they were functioning ethically. They had a procedure for surrogate mothers as well. They made sure that the mother was fit and had no past illnesses. Also, I read their policy as well and I loved how they were organized. So I think you should talk and educate your husband regarding this. I was also concerned financially however, this clinic offered two packages; standard and VIP. This made it a lot easier for us. Hey, Serena, I hope you are well. I myself suffer from the poor ovarian reserve. I was diagnosed with low AMH levels and FSH levels. It was a really difficult time for me. The doctors told me that IVF won’t work for me either. He even said that even if it did work the chances of MC were very high. Therefore, the only option I had was surrogacy. I decided to go for it after finding myself a good clinic.

Hey, Kelly, I hope you are well. When I opted for surrogacy for me financial constraint was a reason why I had to research a lot. The clinic I am currently visiting offers two packages. One is standard and the other is VIP. Both of these are very reasonable. I opted for the standard one and it even included accommodation. I thought that was pretty amazing. We were even invited to visit them for free to see around.

The clinic is doing everything in the most perfect manner. The surrogate was recently matched to us. This was also done by first making her pass a medical test. This test ensured that she was free of all the diseases. This made the process so much more reliable. Now the next step is the analysis of the sperm. After this step, the embryos will be developed.

Previously people for years have stayed in ignorance and have not seen the positive side of the process. However, now gradually people are being more acceptable. Oh, this is horrible! I feel so sad for your cousin. I hope she is well. This can be really upsetting. I have lately been reading so many negative comments about this clinic. It is truly upsetting. My suggestion to your cousin would be to not give up. I know this is a really difficult situation to get out of. However, losing hope shouldn’t be an option. She should research properly about a clinic and visit them. Reading the reviews about the clinic is really important. Also, make sure that the clinic has a high success rate. Good luck to her. I hope she is soon able to conceive. Just ask her to remain positive.
Hey, I hope you are well. This is really upsetting and worrying. I hope things get better. I have been through a very similar situation. A few months back when I was founding a clinic. I got so excited that I emailed almost every clinic I got to know about. There was this one clinic I remember that replied almost after 1 month. The reply was shocking! Mainly because I had emailed them twice and thrice explaining everything and had also mentioned that it was a matter of urgency. Anyways, the reply was that they asked me about the reason for my infertility. I calmly explained everything again. The next reply was that we are sorry we don’t do surrogacy until the patient has been through 5 IVFs. I was honestly disappointed by this attitude. Anyways, I stopped emailing them. I was able to find a much better clinic who was caring and considerate.
Hey, I hope you are well. This is such a bad way of dealing with patients. I have read so many negative comments about them and another clinic. I had a very similar exercise. The clinic’s don’t reply! My matter was a matter of urgency. I had to leave for an important trip. Before leaving had to get the information. However, the clinic didn’t respond to my several emails. Even had called them but the phone would constantly be on engage. I, however, think for surrogacy researching is really important. After several emails, I stopped emailing them and went ahead.
